Cancelations

Your appointment is important to us and the time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we request that you give us at least a 24-hour prior notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than a 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50 percent of the reserved service. No-call/no-shows will result in a charge equal to 100 percent of the reserved service amount.
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you are running behind, but your tardiness can affect the remainder of our team’s day. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. After that time we will call to check on you. If you are unable to make it on time you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you, and 100 percent of the original service reserved will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late and need to forfeit your appointment, 100 percent of the original service reserved will be charged.
